What it does

Delta Sales App manages customer visits, beat plans, orders and field-sales activity. A visit that produces no order can remain in the route record, including an unplanned customer stop. Subscriptions count administrators and managers as well as sales representatives, with quarterly or annual billing.

Create a beat plan with a title, selected parties or beats, date and remarks. Once it is started, use Visit beside the party, confirm the start and finish the visit after completing its fields.

For an unplanned customer visit with no sale, choose Unscheduled zero order from the active plan's add menu. Add the party, notes and optional images, then submit. It remains on the beat-plan page. This option is available only after the plan has started.

Sales automation subscriptions

Standard 20 15 Orders, zero orders, beat plans and three custom forms
Advanced 32 25 Inventory, returns, secondary orders and unlimited custom forms

All system users count towards the subscription, including administrators and managers. Expert Setup and Go-Live Support, optional field-team training and some integrations cost extra. Third-party data migration is excluded from setup.
