Buy an asset or a pack

On a computer, choose Investir at the upper right of the home screen. Select the cryptoasset or pack, open its purchase panel and enter the amount. On mobile, begin with + investir and switch to the pack tab if wanted.

An adequate euro balance funds the order by default. If it covers only part of the purchase, the guide allows a card payment for the remainder. With no euro balance, the card can fund the purchase. Review the payment details and confirm.

Build a recurring strategy

Open Stratégies → Créer une stratégie on the website. Select the asset or pack, funding source, amount, frequency and starting date.

A recurring card purchase begins as soon as the card is validated; it cannot wait for a future start date. Packs cannot use stablecoins as the recurring funding source. They use the Deskoin balance or a card instead.

In the mobile app, the Stratégies icon is at the bottom. The first plan uses Créer ma stratégie; later plans use the plus button. The final slider confirms the setup.

If a balance-funded purchase fails for lack of funds, Deskoin emails you and retries later that day and on subsequent days. After the stated retry sequence fails, the scheduled purchase is cancelled. Replenish the balance promptly if you want a retry to succeed.

Costs that affect small purchases

The pricing policy lists 1.5% for a euro-balance purchase or crypto sale to euros, with a €1 minimum. Crypto-to-crypto conversions cost 1%, also with a €1 minimum. Direct card purchases carry 3%.

Recurring purchases are listed at 1% with a €1 minimum, so that minimum can be a large share of a small order. SEPA deposits and account storage are free. External crypto withdrawals combine a variable network charge with a 0.25% operational charge, capped at €50 in total.

Account access

Deskoin requires registration, email confirmation and identity checks. Its terms describe individual customers as over 18 with legal capacity. The country guide lists the European Economic Area (EEA), France including its overseas territories, and Switzerland; the document's issuing country and document type must also be accepted.
