What it does
FTP Manager Lite is DeskShare's Windows FTP client, with tabbed connections, FTPS support and a transfer queue that can resume interrupted work.
Create a connection with the wizard, open it in a file-manager tab and drag the required files into the transfer queue. Start the batch, pause or restart it, and use the dated transfer log to follow the result. FTP Manager Lite reconnects and resumes after a network interruption and offers overwrite, rename or skip rules for existing files. The free Windows client explicitly supports FTP and FTPS. Check the server protocol before choosing it: FTPS and SFTP are different, and features in the separate Auto FTP Manager comparison do not all belong to Lite.
