What it does
DeSmuME is a Nintendo DS emulator with high-resolution rendering and desktop frontends. Its site explicitly states that Wi-Fi emulation is unsupported.
Use GPU Scaling Factor to increase DS 3D rendering resolution, then compare the result with the native-size view. DeSmuME is for DS software, not 3DS or 2DS games, and does not emulate Wi-Fi.
