What it does
Devplan is AI product management software for software teams. It finds customer demand in calls, tickets, Slack and your CRM, ranks projects by demand, impact and effort, and writes PRDs and tech specs checked against your code. Tickets go to Jira, Linear, Devplan's own backlog or AI agents, and project status and risks are tracked from real work.
Devplan is built for software teams whose customer requests are spread across calls, tickets, Slack and CRM tools. It gathers those signals into evidence-backed project proposals, ranks them by demand, impact and effort, and writes PRDs and tech specs that are checked against your code first. Work can be handed to Jira, Linear, Devplan's own backlog or AI coding agents, and status comes from commits and acceptance criteria rather than written updates. A product knowledge graph called Weaver links code, tickets and decisions, and answers questions in Slack or Teams with sources. Pricing uses one shared credit pool for the whole company with no per-seat charge. The Free plan gives $100 in credits for three months, and Team starts at $300 per month. Most actions use 2 to 20 credits, and Devplan says a team of 6 to 10 people uses about $200 of credits a month. Enterprise adds self-hosting on GCP or AWS, an MSA with SLAs and security review support. A careful buyer should check how credits are consumed and which integrations are available on each plan.
