Dia exposes settings for memory, chat personalization, tracker/ad blocking and content sharing, and lets you choose connected tools. Review those choices before asking the assistant to work with a sensitive session.
Dia's policy covers visited-page and assistant-query/response content, feature-use events and IP/device information. It may use content to improve Dia unless you opt out. Sync content is encrypted end to end and is not stored in a readable form on its servers; that statement is specific to Sync. For accounts on a connected organization domain, administrators can see account/contact details and control features, while the policy says they cannot currently access Content Data. Retention depends on the purpose, with legal and dispute exceptions.
