What it does

Dify is a platform for building AI applications and agentic workflows. It provides a visual workflow studio, agents, a knowledge pipeline, and a marketplace for models, tools, and integrations. Teams can deploy on Dify Cloud, in a VPC, or self-hosted. Apps can be published as web apps, APIs, embeds, or MCP-compatible tools.

Dify Cloud is a hosted SaaS option for building, testing, and launching AI apps. Dify Enterprise runs self-hosted or in a VPC with SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logs, and a Helm chart for Kubernetes deployments. Community Edition is source-available and can be self-hosted with Docker. The site links to documentation, a GitHub repository, a marketplace, pricing, contact sales, and signup.

Sandbox has five apps, fifty knowledge documents and ten knowledge requests per minute. That complete build-test-publish workflow with explicit capacity boundaries supports 80, without treating the deployment labels as proof of production reliability.
