What it does

Discuss is a research platform supporting surveys, live interviews and AI-moderated interviews. Its research library keeps studies searchable for later analysis and planning.

Use Ask Your Data inside Discuss Intelligence to ask a question across previous research. The platform selects relevant studies and shows the studies, respondent count and date range it used. Follow a takeaway back to its participant quote or video clip, and use View data on a chart to inspect its count before sharing the result.

This is useful for a follow-up such as how a particular customer group described a concept across several studies. Questions can be asked in different languages, and answers can be shared as links, summaries or charts. The current query coverage is qualitative research and open-ended survey answers; broader quantitative-data integration is planned.

Discuss offers four subscription levels, from Essentials to Enterprise, by quotation. Each includes unlimited organization users, live sessions, AI interviews, asynchronous research and an allowance for uploaded research. Technical session support, consent forms, project coordination and recruitment have different included or add-on arrangements across the plans. Describe both the study methods and the services your team needs when requesting pricing.

Strengths

  • Query results identify the studies, respondent count and date range included.
  • Questions and answers can use different working languages.
  • Existing recordings can be uploaded alongside research run in the platform.

Watch out for

  • Ask Your Data’s broader quantitative-data integration is still planned.
  • Recruitment and several support services cost extra on lower plans.

Best for

  • Teams combining qualitative findings and survey responses across studies
