What it does
DNSDumpster is a domain-research utility for discovering hosts related to a domain and mapping its visible DNS infrastructure.
Search a domain in DNSDumpster to collect related subdomains, DNS records and public infrastructure, or use CIDR search for service-banner data. Its FAQ describes correlation of certificate-transparency logs, search engines and web repositories, so a returned relationship is a lead to verify rather than proof of current ownership. Free Basic membership includes fifty requests per day and up to fifty subdomains per request, with API access to records. Plus and Max expand request or result allowances. The FAQ and membership page disagree on some CIDR limits, so confirm that scope for the chosen account. Commercial reuse of the data requires attribution to DNSDumpster.
