What it does
Docaroo is a digital document vault for personal and business files. It sorts uploads into pre-set pockets, sends reminders for expiring passports, licences and warranties, and answers document questions through Roo AI. Sharing uses passwords, expiry dates and instant revoke, with two-factor authentication and encrypted sharing.
Docaroo is a document vault for people who want paperwork in one place instead of scattered across drawers and cloud drives. Upload a file and it lands in a pre-set pocket. Reminders flag renewals for passports, licences and warranties before they lapse. Roo AI answers questions about your documents. Shared links can carry passwords, expiry dates and instant revoke. The free Roo-kie plan gives 500 MB of storage, limited document shares per month and limited custom reminders per month. Premium costs R510 as a once-off payment and gives 100 GB storage, unlimited document shares and unlimited custom reminders. A plan for professionals is listed as coming soon. The site says Docaroo is built by NEXT ORBIT with bank-level security and ISO 27001 compliance.
