What it does

Dock combines sales content, buyer collaboration, mutual action plans and onboarding in shared workspaces. Settings control workspace categories, comments and messages, and PDF exports. The ongoing Free plan allows unlimited users but caps the combined number of active and archived workspaces at ten.

Open a Dock workspace's gear menu to adjust its settings. Give it a clear name and category so the team can filter reports for different sales or onboarding processes. The name is saved with Done.

The Collaboration switch controls more than comments. Turning it off disables messages and comments and hides viewer icons. Leave it on when customers need to discuss the material; switch it off when the workspace is intended only to share content. Workspace settings also provide a PDF export.

Free and paid capacity

Plan User scope Workspace and content allowance
Free Unlimited users Ten workspaces and 25 assets
Standard Five users included Unlimited workspaces and 100 assets
Premium Ten users included Unlimited workspaces and 250 assets
Enterprise 25 or more users Unlimited workspaces and assets

Free counts active and archived workspaces together, so archiving an old deal does not release a slot. It also limits presentations, playbooks and courses to one each and linked customer relationship management (CRM) accounts to five.

Use Start Free to create the account or Login to return. Premium and Enterprise use annual terms.

Strengths

  • Workspace categories help separate reports for different customer processes
  • Collaboration controls and PDF export support discussion or content-sharing workflows

Watch out for

  • Free counts active and archived workspaces together toward its ten-workspace limit

Best for

  • Sales and onboarding teams combining customer content with a shared plan
