What it does
DocuGenerate generates documents from templates and structured data. Merge tags can insert text, images, tables, lists, conditions, and QR codes, with an API and automation integrations available.
Place merge tags in a Word template, supply JSON or spreadsheet values and generate one document for each data item. Delimiters, conditions and repeated content let the same layout handle different records. Free includes 20 documents monthly, two templates and full API access, but only single-document generation with one concurrent job; batch generation is paid and counts each item separately. Monthly usage resets on the first without rollover. Generated files remain until deleted, according to the pricing FAQ, or an API binary response can bypass output storage.
