What it does
doForms builds mobile and web forms with lookup data, calculations and workflow tools. Design forms in the desktop dashboard, then collect answers through an app or browser; selecting an equipment ID can fill other fields from a lookup table. Per-licence subscriptions vary by dispatch and integration features, with a 30-day trial for new accounts.
In a doForms lookup, select the table that holds the data and the column workers will choose from. Choose the Data Source and Lookup field, then map other columns to destination fields. Selecting an equipment ID can fill its description automatically.
Display first matching record selects the first result. The option ending if only one found selects only a unique match. Re-evaluating conditions on edit, retrieve or forward clears an old selection and its destination values if it no longer qualifies. Refresh on retrieve instead updates mapped values from the lookup data.
