What it does
Drawboard PDF provides PDF markup and document-sharing workflows. Free essentials are complemented by Pro tools, with annotations aimed at pen-and-paper-style review.
Mark up the PDF with ink, text review and shapes, then choose whether to keep annotations, flatten the result or export selected marked pages. A stylus is optional; mouse and touch are supported. Basic Store+Share permits 10 documents of up to 40 MB each. Pro's cross-device access uses a cloud account, while most Windows/iOS tools can be subscribed to without one. Standard paid plans use subscriptions; education offers may have a separate three-year prepaid term. Drawboard Projects has its own collaboration features.
