What it does

Drawify combines artist-made illustrations, templates and a canvas editor for visual explanations. Text, supported colours and layout can be changed, then the result exported for presentations, workshops or client communication. It offers a free trial followed by paid Pro or Hero plans.

Turn a message into a composition

Choose the point the audience should understand, then search for relevant people, actions and objects or begin with a template. Arrange them using position, scale and spacing to show sequence or relationships. Add short labels and adjust the supported colours.

The Project menu contains Export, with JPEG, PNG and PDF available according to the plan. Google Slides and Miro integrations provide additional routes into a presentation or workshop board. Maia can suggest a starting structure that remains available for manual refinement.

Plan and content boundaries

Pro permits 25 visual projects and 5GB of storage; Hero lists unlimited projects and storage. Both offer high-quality exports, while custom-illustration requests and additional visual-assist tools belong to Hero.

The business terms require credit for non-premium content and, where commercially reasonable, premium content. They prohibit transferring the artwork as a standalone library. A composed client explanation therefore needs to stay a finished work, rather than a bundle of reusable source illustrations.

Strengths

  • Illustrations and text remain adjustable within the composition
  • Templates support structured visual explanations
  • Miro and Google Slides integrations connect the artwork to presentation workflows

Watch out for

  • Pro limits project count and storage
  • Content credit obligations apply under the business terms
  • Artwork cannot be transferred as a separate library

Best for

  • Workshop recaps and process explanations
  • Training visuals and client reports
