Create the account, then open Справочники (reference lists) to adjust expense categories and income sources. Enter each starting balance under Справочники > Места хранения, the list of places where money is held. Record later purchases manually or use the supported receipt and bank-message tools.

For a Premium budget, add income and expense plans. The expense plan has an overall limit and category limits. Добавить (Add) inserts a category; its settings control repetition or exclude it from the plan. A larger overall limit leaves an allowance called На всё остальное (Everything else). As transactions arrive, the plan shows spent and remaining amounts, highlighting an exceeded limit in red.

A dated planned payment sits within the category allowance instead of being added on top of it. That distinction keeps a scheduled rent payment from doubling the housing budget. A family plan excludes personal accounts, while a personal plan excludes other users' spending.

Free access has a lifetime total of 1,000 transactions, one planned transaction and one reminder. Premium costs RUB 899 per year, removes those limits and includes the planning tools. Only one family member needs to pay for shared access. To invite another person, have them register, create an invitation in Пользователи (Users), then let them accept it in their account.
