What it does

DropsTab brings cryptocurrency prices together with fundraising rounds, investors and token-release schedules. Its consumer tools, including customizable market tabs and manually entered portfolios, are free. Developers can subscribe to a separate commercial API for structured market and project data.

DropsTab is useful when a standard price ranking leaves out the context you need. Search by coin, contract address, fund or category, then use the Tab Library or Customize Tab to choose the metrics in your market table. Market cap, fully diluted value and trading volume are separate columns, so compare like with like.

Funding Rounds and Investors & VCs help trace a project's financing. Token Unlocks covers later vesting events. A fundraising amount is not a token's market value, and a release schedule does not tell you whether recipients will sell.

What a portfolio represents

Consumer portfolios are free and manually entered. They calculate a view of holdings from the information you supply; DropsTab does not hold the assets or accept deposits. A balance shown in a shared public portfolio therefore does not prove that anyone owns that amount. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android.

Commercial API

Plan Monthly billing Monthly equivalent with annual billing Monthly requests Endpoints
Basic $19 $16 100,000 Six
Advanced $59 $49 500,000 16
Pro $299 $249 2 million 23

Each listed tier allows 100 requests per minute. Enterprise limits and prices are agreed separately. API access requires an account, subscription and key.

Select the dataset before choosing a tier: price history, funding rounds and vesting schedules have different endpoints and coverage. Requests identify a coin or investor by its slug, and responses use JSON. Funding and investor information is updated as new information becomes available, so it does not follow the same update cycle as traded prices.

Strengths

  • Custom tabs let you bring selected market measurements into one table.
  • Linked funding, investor and vesting sections add project context.

Watch out for

  • Consumer portfolio balances depend on manual entries and do not verify asset ownership.
  • Commercial API datasets and request allowances depend on the subscription tier.

Best for

  • Visitors comparing token markets with fundraising and vesting information
  • Developers adding project data to a crypto application
