What it does

DSMN8 gives employees approved content to personalise and share, with feeds and reporting for the programme team. Curators can vary captions, images and link previews for particular groups. Employees join through an invitation or signup link, and the organisation buys a tailored annual contract.

Dynamic Display starts with the content curator. Add alternative captions, images and link previews, then assign choices to teams or networks. An executive might receive a leadership-focused caption while a technical team gets another angle on the same article. Employees select and personalise a version, then share or schedule it. Auto-scheduling instead chooses a combination from the approved assets, so those assets need to work together in several combinations.

Employees can register through the organisation's signup link or an emailed invitation. The invitation system tracks opens and completed signups, with reminders whose frequency and number can be adjusted. Single sign-on is available for organisations using a compatible identity provider.

DSMN8 quotes by employee population, modules, integrations and support needs. Contracts are annual and include onboarding and training. Unlimited administrator seats do not mean unlimited employee licences: participating employees remain part of the quote. Managed services are also available for teams seeking help with content curation.
