Dubly.AI is a web tool for translating videos while keeping the speaker's voice and mouth movements. You upload an mp4 or mov file up to 5 GB, or import a YouTube link. The system detects speakers and language, then produces a translated track with optional lip sync, subtitles and preserved background audio. A translation editor lets you change individual words and re-dub after source text changes. The pricing page says credits are the only thing you buy, with no seats or feature gates. Lip sync costs 2 credits per minute instead of 1, so 100 credits cover 50 minutes with lip sync. The site states videos are hosted in Germany, are not used for AI training, and that the service is GDPR and EU AI Act compliant. A free trial is offered through a personal demo, not as a self-serve free plan. The API is included for automation. Check credit costs and language coverage before committing.
