What it does
Duitku provides Indonesian payment acceptance through virtual accounts, wallets, QRIS, cards and retail outlets. Its dashboard and programming interface also support outgoing business payments. Registration and system maintenance have no charge; successful collections and disbursements incur method-specific fees.
Registration opens a sandbox. Confirm the email and telephone number, then use Project Saya > Tambah Project to create a test project and obtain its credentials. Live use follows merchant verification; create a Production project and replace the test credentials before accepting real payments.
For a custom checkout, the programming interface (API) takes the merchant's order reference, amount, product description, customer information and selected method. The response supplies a payment address and reference. A callback reports the payment result to the merchant's system; the separate return address brings the customer back to the shop. Those two events serve different purposes.
Charges in Indonesian rupiah
The published fees include VAT. Examples are:
| Collection method | Fee per transaction |
|---|---|
| Cards | 2.9% + IDR2,500 |
| Artha Graha or Sahabat Sampoerna virtual account | IDR1,500 |
| Mandiri virtual account | IDR4,000 |
| BCA virtual account | IDR5,000 |
| QRIS | 0.7% |
| OVO, DANA or LinkAja standard wallet rate | 1.67% |
Digital-product wallet rates differ. Outgoing BI-FAST transfers and wallet payouts are listed at IDR2,500 each; other payout routes have their own charges.
Personal merchant registration asks for identity, tax and bank documents with matching names. Companies provide additional legal documents and an agreement. Request disbursement activation separately. Dashboard payouts require two-factor authentication, and a bank transfer requires a recipient-account check.
A dashboard balance is not necessarily withdrawable immediately: each channel has a settlement period. Standard withdrawal is free, while instant withdrawal costs IDR5,000 and has separate amount limits.
Refund arrangements depend on the channel. The wallet guidance puts return payments on the merchant, while the card-facilitator guidance describes its own refund process. Confirm the route enabled for your account before promising a customer an automatic reversal.
