What it does

e-Boekhouden.nl provides bookkeeping, invoicing, document capture and a digital archive. Its Autopilot workflow processes purchase invoices and receipts with a report for reviewing the resulting entries.

The entry report is the review point in e-Boekhouden.nl's Autopilot workflow. Submit purchase invoices and receipts through the app, email or digital archive; Autopilot reads them and prepares the bookkeeping entries. Open the entry report to inspect or edit the result. An accounting practice can enable or disable Autopilot for each administration.

Business package Regular monthly price Main allowance
ZZP EUR 9.95 240 bookkeeping entries per financial year and unlimited invoices
Standard EUR 14.50 Unlimited bookkeeping entries; invoicing excluded
Standard + Factureren EUR 24 Unlimited bookkeeping entries and invoices

The ZZP allowance includes purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank and cash records and journal entries. Reaching 240 requires an upgrade to continue. Document-recognition credits are charged separately, from EUR 0.09 each depending on the bundle.

Ordinary business accounts start with a 14-day trial. Eligible startups can use the software free until 15 months after their KvK registration date. Neither offer renews automatically into a subscription; the user chooses to activate a package.

Accounting practices have a different tariff: their first bookkeeping administration and first invoicing administration are free. Giving a client their own access is a separate paid item, starting at EUR 6.95 per administration per month before VAT. That professional offer should be distinguished from the temporary free access available to a new business.

Strengths

  • Automated entries retain a review and correction route
  • Bookkeeping includes document and member administration

Watch out for

  • The ZZP entry allowance covers more than just customer invoices
  • Document recognition and professional client access can add separate charges

Best for

  • Dutch organizations reviewing automated purchase-document entries
