What it does
e-conomic combines bookkeeping, invoices, supplier records and reporting. Its plans offer different reporting dimensions and document-approval functions, with bank automation and accounting integrations.
Dimensions add a reporting layer to e-conomic entries, such as department, project or location. Keep those labels consistent when several people enter records. Plus and Smart allow one dimension; Komplet allows three, each with its own values.

These prices include 1,000 accounting postings per financial year. A single receipt can create several postings. Reaching the allowance automatically moves the account to a higher posting band and raises the price.
Komplet’s advanced approvals can require two or three reviewers, together or in sequence, using criteria such as amount or supplier. The approval log shows outstanding decisions. Smart and Komplet also offer Bank Workflows: matched bank rules create draft entries, with automatic posting optional.
