What it does

EastWest Bank's EasyWay provides mobile and browser access to Philippine accounts, bills and transfers. Account nicknames and visibility controls help organize the accounts you use. InstaPay and PESONet transfer fees through EasyWay are waived under the bank's July 2026 announcement.

Organize accounts and register access

On Accounts, select an account, open the three-dot menu and choose Edit to set a nickname. The web version uses My Accounts → Manage Accounts.

EasyWay requires separate registration from the older EastWest Online/Mobile service. Register using account, debit-card or credit-card details, verify the one-time code, and create a username and password. Only one app device can be registered. Huawei users can use the web version.

Transfers and account charges

EastWest waived InstaPay transfer fees through EasyWay from 15 July 2026, and PESONet transfers remain free. InstaPay handles real-time transfers; PESONet uses banking-day processing.

Regular Savings requires PHP 5,000 to open and the same maintaining balance. Peso deposit accounts have a PHP 500 below-maintaining-balance fee. Closing within 30 days costs PHP 500. A PHP 30 monthly dormancy charge applies only when the account has been dormant for at least five years and its balance is below the required minimum.

New deposit customers can use the product page's opening link. Existing customers can open through EasyWay. Bring or submit an unexpired accepted ID with a photo and signature, such as a passport or driver's licence.
