What it does

Easyship brings store orders into a shipping workspace for courier selection, labels, pickups and tracking. A continuing Free plan covers core shipping, while paid subscriptions add live checkout rates, merchant courier contracts and further automation. Shipment creation requires an account with the appropriate permissions.

Easyship connects a delivery choice with the parcel being dispatched. An imported order supplies the destination and goods, while package dimensions, weight and service selection determine the available shipping rates. Batch processing helps when several orders are ready together.

Work from the current shipment queue

Sign in with shipment permissions, connect the store and add the required addresses under Settings > Locations. Open Shipments > To Ship, select the orders and choose Create.

Set the courier service, package dimensions and weight, plus insurance or pickup options where applicable. Review the returned rates and shipment details, then Confirm to generate the labels. Selecting several orders produces their labels together. The table can be filtered by destination, courier or status.

Features by subscription

Plan Main capabilities
Free Core courier selection, labels, duty calculation and batch printing
Plus Adds live checkout rates, own-courier accounts, automatic order syncing and shipping rules
Premier Adds multiple boxes, pick lists and pre-generated return labels
Enterprise Additional onboarding and an optional fulfilment-network service

Free access has no expiry and starts without a card. Paid features have a 14-day trial; paid billing can be monthly or annual. The shipping charge itself still depends on the parcel and selected service.

Branded tracking pages and emails start on Plus. A shop that wants the delivery price shown at checkout to use its existing courier agreement therefore needs to consider Plus or above. Advanced API usage has separate allowances and charges, so a custom order system needs its own usage estimate.

Strengths

  • The current Shipments workspace supports single-order and batch label creation
  • Paid checkout-rate and own-courier options connect store delivery choices with dispatch

Watch out for

  • Checkout rates, own-courier contracts and shipping rules require Plus or above
  • Some advanced API usage is billed beyond included quotas

Best for

  • Merchants coordinating checkout delivery choices with courier dispatch
