What it does
EasyStore connects online sales, retail locations, customer records and inventory. Stock views distinguish available quantities from committed and unavailable units. Monthly or yearly subscriptions set staff and channel limits, and running transfers requires an EasyStore admin account.
A transfer's draft does not move stock. In Products > Transfers > Create transfer, choose the locations and products, enter quantities and save the draft. Both locations must track inventory independently, and the products must have inventory tracking enabled.
Start transfer > Confirm deducts stock from the origin and locks editing. Receive transfer records accepted and rejected quantities; accepted units become destination stock. Rejected units return to the origin only when the restock option is selected. Partial receipt leaves the remaining items in transit.
Stock takes and adjustments help reconcile shelf counts. Inventory Insights flags shortages and imbalances, but currently carries a Beta label.

Plans offer monthly and yearly payment, with no EasyStore transaction commission. Trial entry is available, but confirm its duration and the regional subscription charge before choosing a plan.
