What it does
eBallot manages organizational ballots through self-service Essential subscriptions or Business services. It can assign different voting weights, restrict questions to eligible groups and send scheduled invitations. Essential is designed for repeated ballots during a six- or twelve-month commitment; Business adds managed options.
In eBallot Essential, write the ballot questions, schedule opening and closing times, and upload the eligible voter list. Preview the ballot with your team in Test Mode before scheduling personalized notices. Voters follow their invitation, make selections and receive confirmation; administrators can inspect participation and export results as PDF.
For a weighted vote, set the unit first: ownership percentage, shares or another value defined by the organization. Assign those weights before collecting votes. The results calculation uses them, and benchmark monitoring can account for unequal weights. Proxy voting separately lets a voter appoint someone to act on their behalf.

Essential permits unlimited ballots during the subscription, including simultaneous ballots. Its fee depends on the maximum eligible-voter count. Create an administrator account for the voter list and dashboard. For a single annual vote or a managed project, obtain a quote that covers the required service and commitment.
