What it does
Effy AI organizes performance reviews from participant selection through feedback summaries. It can draft role-specific questions, prompt reviewers to explain ratings and bring responses together for each employee. Up to five users can use the free 360-review plan without a time limit, with subscriptions and a per-cycle payment option for larger needs.
Choose the review type and participants, then edit the generated questions to fit the roles being evaluated. Effy sends the forms and reminders, tracks responses and drafts an employee summary. Follow-up prompts use the rating and its context, while writing assistance encourages more specific answers. The resulting report can suggest development actions for a manager to consider.
The free plan includes 360 reviews for five users without a card or expiry date. Larger teams can pay by seat under annual billing or request the per-review-cycle option. Goals are offered separately. Implementation fees do not apply, and billing adjusts when seat counts change.
Each authorized user has an individual account, with email/password or Google sign-in supported.
