What it does
Eggradients groups background gradients, colour shades and palettes into browsable collections. Individual gradient pages can show their hex colours and CSS. The developer also publishes a Chrome extension for generating themed palettes and copying colour codes.
Browse by a colour family, then open a named gradient to inspect its values. The Free Education example combines light blue and white, showing both the hex pair and a CSS background with a 315-degree direction. Copy CSS moves that treatment into a stylesheet.
The companion extension offers themes such as Vibrant and Pastel. Generate an arrangement and copy the hex values into the next design tool. This provides a separate palette-exploration route from browsing the website’s named collection.
Strengths
- Gradient examples connect colour values with CSS
- The extension offers themed palette generation
