What it does
EKM combines hosted store administration with design and ongoing business support. Merchants manage product quantities, variants and replenishment alerts. Its monthly offer includes a 14-day trial, with billing details required to continue using the account afterward.
Enter product quantities when you enable Stock Control. Leaving tracking off treats products as unlimited; enabling it without quantities makes them appear to have no stock. Values can be entered in Product & Category Manager or through a spreadsheet import.
Choose the out-of-stock action, the default variant behavior and the low-stock warning level. Customer back-in-stock alerts have their own setting and editable email. The Plain English Summary lets you review the configuration before saving.
EKM's advertised monthly service is GBP 350 plus VAT, with hosting, store setup and access to an Ecommerce Manager. Payments are monthly and can be canceled without a long-term commitment. After the 14-day trial, continued account access requires billing details.
