What it does

Emailable checks email addresses in bulk, individually, through an API or through a website widget. Inbox reports and blocklist checks use the same credit balance at different rates. Signup includes 250 starter credits; paid credits do not expire, and the minimum purchase is 5,000.

Emailable charges different numbers of credits for verification and delivery tests. Verification through bulk processing, the single verifier, API or widget uses one credit per check, while an inbox report uses 100 and a blocklist check uses five. A team doing both list maintenance and message testing should reserve capacity for each job rather than allocate the whole balance to addresses.

Unknown results and duplicates are refunded when the list completes, so the final balance can differ from a simple count of submitted rows. Credits do not expire; pay-as-you-go purchases and recurring subscriptions are both available. New accounts receive 250 starter credits, and the smallest paid purchase is 5,000. For an integration, the API provides separate single-address and batch checks, while the widget checks addresses entered into a website form. The endpoint limits matter when deciding how quickly to submit a large list.

Use Get Started Free to create an account and use the starter credits. Monthly credit subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and unused credits roll over into the next billing period.

Strengths

  • The same verification allowance works across bulk, API and widget routes
  • Unknown-result and duplicate credits return after list completion

Watch out for

  • The minimum paid credit purchase is 5,000
  • Inbox reports and blocklist checks consume more credits than an address verification

Best for

  • Email teams combining list verification with scheduled inbox and blocklist checks
