What it does
EmailLabs delivers transactional and marketing email from business systems through SMTP or a REST API. Its free Startup account includes 9,000 emails per month, limited to 300 per day, with one day of logs. Paid packages add sending capacity, longer logs and infrastructure options.
Count recipients when estimating the sending package. EmailLabs treats each To, CC or BCC recipient as a separate message, so one notification addressed to two people consumes two messages. The dashboard's Injected status is the documented measure for the number sent over the selected period.
An application or store can use the SMTP connection instead of its existing outgoing server. Find the SMTP credentials in Email API > Ustawienia > Konta SMTP in the account panel; sender authorization is part of configuring the connection. The current panel guide advises allowing about fifteen minutes after integration-data changes before expecting them to propagate.
Startup includes up to 9,000 emails per month, capped at 300 daily, and keeps logs for one day. Paid plans extend the scope, but unused monthly volume does not roll forward. Startup and Essential stop at their package limit; PRO and higher permit overage at an additional rate. Choose log retention alongside sending capacity if support staff need to investigate an older missing notification.
When comparing paid access, Essential retains logs for seven days and PRO for fifteen. That difference matters if customers commonly report a missing receipt several days after purchase. PRO also lists a dedicated IP and user-permission controls.
