What it does
eMeals supplies weekly dinner plans across several food styles. Users choose the meals they want, generate a shopping list and either shop themselves or send ingredients to supported grocery services.
Choose a few dinners from the current plan rather than assuming you must cook every suggested meal. The official FAQ allows selections from previous weeks, favorites and other dinner styles too. The shopping list then follows those choices.
Grocery delivery is optional. You can take the list to a store yourself, or use an available integration with services such as Walmart, Kroger or Instacart. Coverage and the grocery order are separate from the meal-planning subscription.
Dinner access is subscription-based after a trial, and breakfast and lunch plans can be added separately. That is an important scope distinction if you want planning for every meal rather than only the evening menu.
Strengths
- Meals can be selected across weeks and dinner styles.
- The grocery list supports both personal shopping and supported store integrations.
Watch out for
- Breakfast and lunch planning are separate additions to dinner access.
Best for
- Households wanting supplied dinner ideas connected to grocery planning.
