What it does
Employment Hero combines HR, hiring, payroll and workforce management. Administrators can prepare onboarding checklists and trigger further actions from employee events.
In the Australian HR interface, open Settings → Recruitment & Onboarding → Onboarding & Offboarding Checklists. Select the audience, assign task owners and set deadlines relative to the start date. Check the employee's location, team and manager first. Shared task allows one owner to finish for everyone; delivery to an email address creates no platform task. The Tasks feature must be visible.
To automate the handoff, create an onboarding workflow with a When event, conditions and a Then action. Contract acceptance or an approaching start date can trigger a task or checklist. Save and Publish activates the workflow. Contractor onboarding does not trigger these employee workflows, so arrange contractor tasks separately.

Subscriptions have a ten-user minimum; billing follows the greater of agreed users or billable users. Elite and Unlimited need a custom quote. Confirm currency, module charges and workflow entitlement for your country. HR access uses the account email and password through HR & Recruitment login.
