What it does

Encharge connects triggers, filters and actions to send customer email based on behaviour. Its contact-based subscriptions include Growth and Premium, and a no-card 14-day account trial supports up to 1,000 subscribers.

Duplicating a Send Email step in Encharge does not duplicate the email attached to it. Editing that shared email changes the content used by the original step too. Use a separately created message when a new onboarding branch needs different wording, and distinguish the canvas step from the asset it references. Duplicated steps also start with fresh step metrics.

Entry and message repetition have separate controls. A person can enter a flow more than once by default, even after leaving through End Flow. The flow can instead be restricted to one entry per person, while Send Email normally prevents that same email being delivered twice unless its repeat option is enabled. An onboarding flow and a recurring account notification therefore need deliberate settings at both levels.

Growth includes monthly sends equal to ten times the subscriber count; Premium includes twelve times that count. Both allow unlimited flows and team members. Premium adds API events, event-based segmentation, selected CRM and store connections, and transactional email. A software team triggering onboarding from application events should include that requirement when choosing the plan.

To build the sequence, open Flows, use the blue plus button and choose Add a flow. Connect at least one trigger to an action, adding filters where the route needs a condition. Name the flow and use the switch at the bottom right to activate it; a 20-second delay allows activation to be undone.

Register with your company details or Google, then verify the email address. The 14-day trial needs no card and allows up to 1,000 subscribers. A Gmail address can register the account, but sending requires a verified business sender address.
