What it does
Enclave creates policy-controlled private connectivity between devices and provides partner tools for managing multiple customer deployments.
Enclave's MSP focus is the useful distinction. Its Partner Portal handles multiple customer accounts and billing integrations, while the policy interface arranges access among staff, applications and devices. That can suit a systems integrator managing several small networks. The product describes direct connectivity without operating a conventional VPN server. Start with the device groups and customer boundaries rather than treating it as a consumer location-changing service.
The portal also creates administrative records. Enclave's policy includes licence orders, portal access and software versions, alongside website or service usage and diagnostic information. It says account deletion removes data supplied during account setup and operation, subject to legal retention duties. The public notice refers users to a requested retention policy for category-specific periods.
