What it does
Encryptomatic OpenPGP adds encryption and signing controls to Microsoft Outlook desktop and the Windows context menu. It also provides file encryption outside Outlook.
Encryptomatic OpenPGP adds Encrypt and Sign controls to an Outlook message window. Compose a message, select the cryptographic action and send; recipients need compatible OpenPGP software to decrypt it. Windows context-menu actions also encrypt or sign files without Outlook.
The current add-in requires 64-bit Outlook Classic 365, 2021, 2019, 2016 or 2013 and .NET Framework 4.8 or later. Free and Business have the same encryption features, but use on a for-profit business domain requires Business licensing. The page lists personal, legal nonprofit, activist and individual-journalist use as free.
