What it does
VISITKOREA is the Korea Tourism Organization’s visitor resource. It combines destinations, suggested itineraries, transport and accommodation information with festivals, cultural themes, maps and a signed-in Travel Planner.
An arrival airport can be a practical starting point. The site publishes suggested itineraries and regional travel highlights, allowing a visit to develop around a gateway rather than defaulting to one city.
Choose the next route by task: Travel Basics for preparation, Transportation for getting around, or cultural themes for activities. Festival and event material can then be checked against your dates. The Travel Planner asks visitors to log in, while destination and itinerary reading provides a public research route. Digital books, maps and the Korea Travel Helpline links offer further ways to investigate a question before adding it to the plan.
