What it does
Enpass manages passwords and passkeys while letting users or organizations keep vault data in their chosen storage environment.
Enpass's business model keeps encrypted vault data in an organization's Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other chosen storage environment. The password client and the storage account therefore form one operating arrangement. The business feature list includes sharing, policies, provisioning, activity logs and offboarding controls.
Recovery is also an administrative setup task. In the Google Workspace guide, a Super Admin uses an installed desktop app to enroll as a Recovery Admin. Employees can then request a reset and receive an approved time-limited link. Enpass warns that losing the only Recovery Admin's master password removes the organization's ability to manage recovery requests. Assign coverage before treating enrollment as complete.
