What it does
EnvíaloSimple provides email campaign design, segmentation, automation and reporting without a subscriber limit. Start with 500 free sends that do not expire, then choose monthly capacity or accumulated custom sending packs. Monthly sends renew but do not roll over.
Monthly and custom sends behave differently. Monthly capacity renews on the first day of the month and is not cumulative; custom send packs accumulate and do not expire. All plans allow unlimited contacts and lists. A team sending a regular weekly newsletter can plan around the monthly allowance, while an occasional event announcement may suit a custom pack.
An automation starts with an event and a sending date, or sends as soon as the event is detected. Triggers can follow a subscription, email open, link click, birthday or anniversary. The platform's example links a welcome email to follow-up based on whether it was opened. Keep the event and timing explicit when adapting that sequence.
The free trial supplies 500 sends with no expiry and limits each contact import to 50 at a time. These are starter credits; only monthly plans replenish sending capacity each month. Enterprise options include shared credit across accounts and white-label branding for agencies.
