What it does
XBrowser provides Android browsing with ad-filter subscriptions, privacy mode and controls for clipboard access and links that open outside apps.
XBrowser's documented controls extend beyond clearing history. A user can restrict page access to the clipboard, prevent pages from opening third-party apps directly and protect access to stored bookmarks or history. Its ad blocker accepts external filtering lists, so selecting and maintaining those lists is part of the setup.
Userscripts and external downloader or player integration can extend the browser. Add those integrations according to the task, since they introduce software and services beyond the browser itself. Cloud synchronization uses an email-based account, while local automatic backup is also documented.
The privacy policy's body is dated June 2022 and lists app-use, menu-click and device information. It provides a Do not collect user experience data switch under Browser Settings > Security and Privacy. That control concerns app analytics; it does not replace the separate choices about cloud synchronization and local backups.
