What it does
Movie Magic Scheduling builds film and television shooting schedules, with multi-episode management, unit coordination and conflict detection.
Use episode and unit sub-boards when one shooting day must coordinate work across several parts of a production. Movie Magic Scheduling also tracks availability, fittings, rehearsals and other calendar events, then updates related schedules when dates change.
The current collaboration workflow stores schedules in the cloud, shows who is present and assigns View or Edit access, with changes tracked by time. Boards and reports can be customised, and one-line schedules export to PDF or Excel. Decide who may change the plan as well as who only needs a daily report.
