What it does
EPRIVO offers private-email apps for existing accounts and its own virtual addresses. Its documented controls include expiration, recall, one-time viewing and text or voice messages.
EPRIVO attaches controls such as expiration, one-time viewing and recall to private messages, including voice as well as text. Those application controls do not prevent a recipient from preserving information elsewhere.
You can use an existing email account or choose EPRIVO’s virtual-address route. The latter has a stated 30-day encrypted-message retention period, so it is a different archive arrangement from an existing mailbox. Its private-message controls apply within the supported workflow; ordinary mail outside it does not automatically gain those controls.
Strengths
- Text and voice messages can use the documented privacy controls.
- Existing accounts and virtual addresses provide different setup options.
Best for
- People evaluating expiration and access controls for email conversations
