What it does
PopChar locates and inserts special characters, with name or shape search, glyph previews and font comparisons.
Search PopChar by a character’s name or shape, preview it in an installed font and click to insert it into another application. Font comparison and printable font sheets help check what the intended font actually contains. Basic is a one-time purchase for private use on one platform; Advanced covers Mac and Windows for private use through an annual subscription, while Business is for professional use. The unregistered trial allows evaluation but disables many special characters. PopChar 10 for Mac requires macOS 12 or later, so check both the licence and the installed fonts before choosing that build.
