What it does
Escape Campervans rents compact campervans through US pickup locations. Its current fleet descriptions separate Voyager and Caravan models, both seating four and sleeping two, with equipment details, one-way or return choices and self-service pickup information.
Count sleeping places separately from belted seats. The site’s vans can seat four but sleep two, a useful distinction before planning a family trip. The Voyager description includes a slide-out kitchen, while the older Caravan is restricted to regional trips; the model affects more than the daily rate.
Review the included bedding, cooking items and outdoor kit before packing duplicate equipment. The homepage also lists a daily mileage allowance, so estimate the route rather than treating the rental as unlimited driving. Self-service pickup and drop-off can help fit arrival times, with locations across the United States. The itinerary and FAQ resources provide another planning route. Check the selected vehicle and rental conditions for the actual trip, including any insurance arrangement you intend to use.
Collection is arranged in advance: reservations, verification and full payment are completed online before the van is released. The FAQ says pickup is from airport-area parking with instructions sent before departure, so keep those instructions available when arriving.
