What it does

Build the assessment around tasks the new employee will actually perform. eSkill can combine questions from existing tests with your own material, and adjust the test's length and difficulty. For an administrative role, an Office simulation and a short written response examine different skills. Customer-service simulations can combine chats, emails and orders under a time limit.
