What it does
Evalandgo builds surveys, forms and quizzes for feedback, training and assessments. Quiz authors can assign points or question weights, choose the score display and release corrections after each question or at completion. Accounts start with a fourteen-day trial, then can continue on a Free plan with questionnaire limits.
For a knowledge quiz, write the choices, mark correct answers and assign points. A whole-question weight is another option. Choose whether respondents see a grade or percentage, correct and incorrect answers, and explanatory text. Release corrections after each question for a learning exercise, or at the end for an assessment.
Use multi-scoring when several themes need separate results. Assign points to predefined themes and show those scores on the final page. Publish the quiz by link, QR code, email or website embed, then examine individual and group results.

Annual billing is also available. Register with email, Google or Microsoft; the fourteen-day trial needs no card. At its end, the account switches to Free and advanced features such as AI, Live Mode and some question types lock. Check a trial-built quiz against the plan you intend to keep.
