What it does
EveryoneSocial gives employees content to share through their own social accounts. Workspace accounts have separate user roles and group moderation permissions. The service is quoted by registered-user count on an annual contract.
EveryoneSocial separates an account's User, Contributor or Admin role from its Moderator assignments. A Contributor can supply suggested share copy but still submits the post for approval. A Moderator can publish and approve within the assigned group without receiving administration rights across the workspace. This distinction is useful when regional teams each review their own content.
An Admin or group Moderator schedules a group item through Compose > Internal Post. Prepare the content, enable Schedule Your Post, choose publication and expiry times, then select Post. The item remains in Scheduled until publication and then moves to Posts. Its Share control is unavailable before publication, so the internal release and employees' later social sharing are separate steps. Scheduling follows the browser's time zone.
Pricing uses one plan with a custom quote based on registered users, annual terms and implementation support. Count the intended programme audience when requesting the quote; the price does not simply follow the smaller number who happen to share in a particular month.
Strengths
- Group moderation can be delegated without granting whole-workspace administration
- Group posts can have both a publication time and an expiry
Watch out for
- Contributor status alone does not allow unreviewed group publishing
- Group scheduling follows the browser time zone
Best for
- Distributed communications teams supplying reviewed social content to employees
