What it does

eWay-CRM organizes Outlook emails and meetings around contacts, companies, deals and projects. Shared communication history helps colleagues pick up customer work. A 14-day Plus trial moves to the continuing Free edition unless you choose a paid subscription.

Use a customer email to create the contact, task or deal it concerns, then keep the conversation with that record. The shared history helps a colleague see whether someone has already replied. Microsoft Teams integration supports discussion around the customer information.

What remains free

Register through Start free. The account begins with 14 days of eWay-CRM Plus, then moves to Free for unlimited users and unlimited time. Free includes manual email saving, one Outlook calendar connection, one view and basic workflow per module, ten custom fields in total and 200 MB for documents and emails.

Paid editions expand customization and storage and add live support. Lite includes 10 GB of storage, task reminders and Power Automate integration. Monthly, yearly and three-year billing choices are available. The free edition is useful for a shared contact workflow, but its small file allowance matters when saving email attachments.

Strengths

  • Outlook email can become a linked contact, task or deal
  • The continuing free edition allows unlimited users

Watch out for

  • Free includes only 200 MB for documents and emails
  • Free limits custom fields to ten in total

Best for

  • Outlook-based teams sharing customer conversations
