What it does
Exact places accounting at the centre of its business software for smaller companies, finance teams and accountants. Purchasing, banking and debtor management connect with the books, while broader editions cover stock and production. Exact Online has country-specific packages; Dutch bookkeeping starts at €49 a month with a 30-day trial.
Exact places financial accounts at the centre of its business software. Purchasing, banking and debtor-management tools feed the accounting workflow, while multi-company reporting supports finance professionals overseeing several sets of company books. Broader business-management editions connect ordering, stock and production to accounting. Accounting firms have their own tax, annual-reporting and practice-management products.
Dutch Exact Online bookkeeping
These monthly prices apply to the Netherlands bookkeeping edition.
| Plan | Price | Included users / company accounts | Bank connections | Sales invoices |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | €49 | 1 / 1 | 1 | 25 |
| Plus | €99 | 2 / 2 | 5 | 100 |
| Professional | €159 | 2 / 2 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Premium | €299 | 2 / 2 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Essentials cannot add users or company accounts. Plus introduces fixed assets and invoice approval. Professional adds recurring invoice templates; Premium adds multi-company closing and Power BI reports. The Plus invoice and bank limits cover the whole licence, rather than each company separately.
An accountant can connect using their own Exact accountancy licence without consuming one of your users. Extra company accounts and users have separate charges on the expandable plans.
Opening a trial account
Choose the trial for the relevant country and edition. The Dutch form asks for your name, company, phone number, email and password. Activate the account from the email Exact sends. The trial ends after 30 days unless you choose to continue.
A business maintaining its own accounts and a practice managing client books need different products. Start with that distinction, then compare the bank connections, company accounts and invoice volumes your chosen edition includes.
