Science Snacks turns an observable effect into a small investigation. The collection includes light, sound, plants and other science topics, with subject and teaching filters to narrow the choice. Read the full activity and prepare its materials before involving children. Asking for a prediction first, then changing one thing and comparing observations, gives the demonstration a useful learning structure.
The advanced search includes grade bands and NGSS standards, and a separate Spanish collection is available.
